Golden Horde claimed the Commonwealth Cup on a memorable Friday of racing at Royal Ascot yesterday.

There’s even more action to enjoy on the final day in royal Berkshire, with the Coronation Stakes, St James’s Palace Stakes and Diamond Jubilee Stakes heading up an eight-race card.

Here are our final set of racing tips as Royal Ascot signs off for another year…

Royal Ascot Racing Tips – Day 5

12:55 – Silver Wokingham Handicap – Aplomb – 4/1

Could shine in the opener on Saturday after a reasonable runout at Newmarket two weeks ago. Second over this course and distance back in October.

13:15 – Queen Mary Stakes – Campanelle – 13/2

Classy contender capable of pushing on for Wesley Ward as Frankie Dettori takes the ride in the second. A winner at Gulfstream back in May.

13:50 – Coventry Stakes – Creative Force – 9/1

Smart colt with winning pedigree who looks ideally suited for the Coventry for Charlie Appleby. Sent a warning shot for this one with his recent win at Newmarket.

14:25 – Coronation Stakes – Run Wild – 4/1

Primed to pounce in one of the day’s big Group 1 races after showing her class at Newmarket 10 days ago. Genuine claims on return to 1m.

15:00 – St James’s Palace Stakes – Pinatubo – 13/8

Lost his air of invincibility after an underwhelming 2000 Guineas outing, but this looks fertile territory for the three-year-old to prove that was an off-day.

15:35 – Diamond Jubilee Stakes – Dream of Dreams  – 7/1

Has unfinished business in this race after a stunning second last season; autumn form was indifferent to say the least but Ryan Moore could get the best from him. Each-way claims.

16:10 – Wokingham Stakes – Tinto – 12/1

Convincing credentials after an exciting 2019 campaign that included a win here back in October over this distance. Recent Newmarket success also points to another cracking Ascot run.

16:40 – Queen Alexandra Stakes – Nate the Great – 5/1 EW

Third on his recent stable debut and may need to show more, but in good hands with Andrew Balding, who has won this race twice before.

Odds correct at time of writing but may be subject to change.
