REAL MADRID VS MAN CITY (Wed, 20:00)
Man City travel to Real Madrid on Wednesday night for a first Champions League meeting with Zinedine Zidane’s side since agonisingly bowing out at the semi-final stage to the 13-time winners in 2016.
An inability to breach a resilient Real Madrid backline ultimately put paid to their European ambitions that season, but there are plenty of reasons for optimism for City on their latest trip to the Bernabéu, with this fixture arriving at arguably the worst possible time for the La Liga side.
Real are stuttering in La Liga after picking up just one point from their last two games – a run of results that have seen them fall two points behind Barcelona in the race for the La Liga title. The Spanish giants fell to a shock 1-0 defeat against Levante last weekend in a game that saw Eden Hazard’s season cut short by injury.
Two consecutive Premier League clean sheets have seen City rediscover their defensive solidity in recent weeks. Pep Guardiola will be hoping Aymeric Laporte’s gradual return to full fitness pays dividends as he looks to name a settled defence for Wednesday night’s clash.
Five of City’s last six matches have ended with under 2.5 goals, and in a nervy first-leg encounter, that looks like it could also be the value bet here.
Man City to win and total under 2.5 @ 21/4
Second half to have the most goals @ 27/25
A substitute to score @ 58/25

LYON VS JUVENTUS (Wed, 20:00)
A 2-2 fightback draw in the final round of group games against Leipzig ensured Lyon live to fight another day in this competition. However, a stay of execution looks a tough ask given it’s now over a decade since the French side progressed beyond this stage.
Les Gones will be leaning on their solid home form to help them edge this first-leg tie, with Rudi Garcia’s team currently unbeaten in eight Champions League games at the Groupama Stadium.
It’s draws that remain Lyon’s major Achilles’ heel in this competition, with seven of those eight games ending in stalemate, and that could be the value option here with Juventus under Maurizio Sarri failing to entirely convince since the former Chelsea man took up his post at Juve last summer.
Cristiano Ronaldo could once again be his trump card, with the Portuguese ace equalling the Serie A record for consecutive goals in his 1,000th career appearance on Saturday.
The score draw @ 71/20
Cristiano Ronaldo to score the last goal @ 27/10
A goal between 31 and 45 minutes @ 81/50
