New Football Kits 2020/21 – Best & Worst New Kits For The 2020/21 Season

It’s the most wonderful time of the year again – when clubs find ever more weird and wonderful ways to launch their new kits.

Here’s our round up of some of the best (or the worst, it’s your call really) of the 2020/21 new football kits…

2020/21  New Kits – Best & Worst

Arsenal home

Verdict: All too often disappoint on the pitch; rarely off it with another beauty. 8/10.

Ajax away

Verdict: Ajax have done it again. Sensational. 9/10.

Borussia Dortmund home

Verdict: Bit too try hard for a club that are usually effortlessly cool. 6/10.

Bayern Munich away

Verdict: It’s typically Bayern. And all the better for it. 7/10.

Brighton & Hove Albion home

Verdict: Traditionalists will wince, but it harks back to their 80s heyday and they were due a change up. 9/10.

Chelsea home

Verdict: A slow burner that really starts to grow on you. We’ll love it by September. 7/10.

Southampton home

Verdict: It’s a bit River Plate with a hint of Peru. That’s no bad thing. 7/10.

Inter Milan away

Verdict: We’ll hear no word against it. 10/10.

Millwall Home

Verdict: Real retro vibe with this one, and a chocolate for a sponsor. Tasty. 9/10.

PSG Home

Verdict: C’est magnifique? Non. A little lifeless, like most of the Ligue 1 clubs that play them. 6/10.

Manchester City home

Verdict: OK, so we might be a little biased, but it’s a cracking effort, literally. 10/10.

Inter Milan home

Verdict: Absolutely wonderful. They’ll challenge for the title in this. 10/10.

Roma away

Verdict: Clean. Tidy. Love the badge too. Might be better without the collar. 9/10.

Reading home & away

Verdict: Both very smart. Macron have done very well to make two Reading kits look nice. 8/10.

AC Milan home

Verdict: Nice delicate patterns if you look closely. Simple enough. It’ll do for us. 8/10.

Spurs home

Verdict: Not a huge fan of the unnecessary blue bits. Fairly poor from Nike. 6/10.

Juventus home

Verdict: V neck slightly ruins it. Trendy stripes though. 7/10.

Motherwell away

Verdict: Now that is special. The badge, the stripes, the lot. 9/10.

Barcelona away

Verdict: YES. 10/10.

FC Schalke 04 away

Verdict: The street-map just adds something special to a clean kit. Love it. 9/10.

Manchester City away

Verdict: Could be the best of the bunch. 10/10. Art.

Real Madrid home & away

Verdict: Pretty trendy, Benzema can pull anything off. 7/10.

Manchester United home

Verdict: A bit messy for us, bus seat vibes. 5/10.

Valencia home, away & third

Verdict: Puma are on fire this season. All delightful shirts. 9/10.

Everton away

Verdict: A fairly nice orange from Hummel, but that collar spoils it. 6/10.

Juventus away

Verdict: Nicely done from Adidas. We’re a fan of the sleeves. 8/10.

Liverpool home

Verdict: Nike have done well here. Simplicity often key with your first shirt at a new club. 8/10.

Italy home

Verdict: So very Italy, so very classy. A special international shirt. 9/10.

England home

Verdict: Strong World Cup ’98 vibes with this one. We’re happy with it. 9/10.

Netherlands home

Verdict: Wonderful stuff from Nike. Virgil would look cool in anything, mind. 8/10.

Leeds home

Verdict: Leeds are back in the big time, and they now have a lovely kit to wear. Solid. 8/10.

France home

Verdict: Magnifique! 10/10.

Inter Milan third

Verdict: Smashing it out the park. Consistently. 9/10.

We’ll be adding new football kits for 2020/21 as and when we find them.
