It’s not often you hear the Wealdstone Raider and Paul Gascoigne uttered in the same breath. 

One is famed for his ballsy attempt to take on anyone who dared talk about his beloved football club while the other is nothing less than a footballing legend.

But the two stars made the national press this week thanks to Marathonbet’s Non-League Challenge – our campaign to find Non-League football’s best goal celebration.

The Raider, real name Gordon Hill, impersonated Gazza’s famous dentist-chair celebration from Euro 96 when Wealdstone netted against Truro City in the National League South at the weekend. The Raider even donned a Gazza shirt for the occasion! Check out the full video below.

Wealdstone’s entry to the Non-League Challenge was loved across social media and even picked up by metro.co.uk.
