Team News:
Marseille look to have the luxury of a full squad to pick from with Payet, Sarr, Mitroglou and Rolando expected to all be fit in time for kick off.

Atletico have been handed a boost with the news that Brazilian defender Filipe Luis is available for selection after recovering from a broken ankle. Winger Vitolo could also be named in Diego Simeone’s squad after shaking off a hamstring injury.

Marseille – who only finished fifth in Ligue 1 last season – have been a massive surprise package in this season’s Europa League and their path to the final shows they have plenty of firepower to trouble the famously mean Atleti defence. Playing at a ground they will be very familiar with domestically might also play in to their hands.

However, with years of Champions League experience behind them, Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid were probably expecting a trip to Kiev rather than Lyon at the start of this campaign and have shown their ruthless streak in the knockout stages.

They unsurprisingly start as heavy favourites here, and should have the gameplan to nullify Marseille’s attacking threat and steal a narrow win to take the Europa League trophy back to Spanish soil.
