The English Premier League comes back around again this weekend with another plethora of tight clashes certain to make you question your betting selections!

We have enlisted the help of former Crystal Palace, Cardiff City and Premier League legend Daniel Gabbidon to help us predict the results for each week’s games for the entire season.

His expert football knowledge and Premier League experience will help you pocket some cash by giving you the best tips ahead of each weekend’s action.

Gabs is on a two-week winning run at the moment and is on the hunt for a hat-trick of victories. His correct predictions last time out included Liverpool to beat Hull, Swansea to go down to Manchester City and a win for Arsenal in the London derby against Chelsea.

This time round he’s up against Twitter user @chefjohnnyf. Who’s your money on?

EVERTON v CRYSTAL PALACE

“Everton had a good start but they had a disappointing result against Bournemouth last weekend. Palace have won their last three and are a difficult team to host.  The pace of Zaha and Puncheon on the wings could make it tough for Everton.

@Gabbidon35 – 2-2

@chefjohnnyf – 2-0

SWANSESA v LIVERPOOL

“I saw Swansea last weekend against Manchester City and they played very well. In fact they were unlucky not to get something out of a game that was turned by the penalty decision. Liverpool though are scoring for fun and should have too much for the Swans going forward.”

@Gabbidon35 – 2-3

@chefjohnnyf – 1-3

HULL  v CHELSEA

“I think Hull’s bubble has burst a little bit now after a good start. Chelsea will be smarting from their last few results so I expect them to come out and make a statement.”

@Gabbidon35 – 0-2

@chefjohnnyf – 0-2

SUNDERLAND v WEST BROM

“This looks like one of the most boring games of the season. It’s a must-win for Sunderland. They clocked another home loss to Palace after being 2-0 up last weekend, which would have left them really disappointed, and they’ve been defending awfully. Albion meanwhile have strength from set pieces and I can’t see them not scoring. I think it’ll be another difficult afternoon for the Black Cats.”

@chefjohnnyf – 1-1

WATFORD v BOURNEMOUTH

“I wasn’t quite sure how this one would go. I saw Watford against Burnley and they were awful. They didn’t look like a team that came off the back of beating Manchester United – they were all over the place. Bournemouth are starting to warm to the season now.”

@Gabbidon35 – 1-2

@chefjohnnyf – 0-1

WEST HAM v BORO

“The last two weeks I’ve been saying West Ham’s season will start now, but they went and lost to West Brom and then Southampton. Like Sunderland, this is a must-win for them being at home. I think Boro have been found out in recent weeks and are finding it difficult. The Hammers have players coming back and will be well up for this.”

@Gabbidon35 – 2-1

@chefjohnnyf – 2-1

MAN UNITED v STOKE

“Stoke have had an awful start and are really struggling. They couldn’t get over the line against West Brom after a last-minute goal last weekend and need a win from somewhere. United looked very good against Leicester meanwhile – they wiped the floor with them – and Pogba looks like he’s worth the money they paid for him. Mata is also back in the team and they’re playing like the United of old.”

@Gabbidon35 – 2-0

@chefjohnnyf – 3-0

LEICESTER v SOUTHAMPTON

“This should be a tight game. Southampton are in good form at the minute and had a decent win against West Ham last weekend. They’re also keeping clean sheets and Charlie Austin is scoring goals. It was a great win for Leicester in Champions League on Tuesday off the back of the Manchester United loss so expect The Foxes to be full of confidence. However I just feel both teams could cancel each other out.”

@Gabbidon35 – 0-0

@chefjohnnyf – 1-0

TOTTENHAM v MAN CITY

“Tottenham started the season very well and had a good win in the Champions League against CSKA in mid-week. Kane being injured is a blow, though. City meanwhile started very well in the league and have a 100% record under Pep. They have a philosophy of trying to win every game no matter if it’s home or away. But this one could be their first loss. I watched them last weekend and I don’t think they’re at their fluent best yet. This might be one they find difficult to get their passing game going. Spurs are solid defensively, athletic and have great skill and creativity in forward areas.”

@Gabbidon35 – 1-0

@chefjohnnyf – 2-2

BURNLEY v ARSENAL

“Burnley had a fantastic game on Monday against Watford and looked like they didn’t miss Andre Gray too much to be fair. Steven Defour started really well, he’s been a key man, but Arsenal look like they’re coming into form. They’ve started the season well which is strange for them – they take time to get going normally – so I can only see an Arsenal win.”
