No amount of money can make up for the bad luck Danny Welbeck has endured in recent times.

The Arsenal and England star crocked his knee in a game against Manchester City on Sunday and has just been confirmed for another NINE MONTH absence on the sidelines.

He’d only just returned from a nine month lay-off in February.

It means Welbz will miss Euro 2016 and won’t be seen on the pitch again until at least 2017. He contributed six goals during England’s qualifying campaign for the competition and was almost certain to be named in Roy Hodgson’s squad for the finals.

Arsenal broke the news on Twitter earlier today.
